Roses are Red, Violets are Blue,
Give blood this Valentine's Day and save a life too!
Go down to a centre and ask them to test,
Be a bone marrow donor, and they'll do the rest!
Don't waste this chance, the option is there
To #Spit4Mum this Valentine's Day, there's no time to spare!
This Valentine's day you have the chance to save more than one life!
Giving blood is one of the simplest ways that you can help others and all it takes is a call to your local blood centre to check if they have any spaces for you to donate!

But in addition to giving blood, you can let the administrative staff at the blood centre know that you are interested in also being a bone marrow donor and then all they do is take a tiny bit more blood and test that and you can make it onto the bone marrow register!
You can potentially save the life of Mrs Sharon Berger from Harrow, north-west London, she suffers from myelodysplastic syndrome and has a combination of rare tissue types, making finding a matching donor quite difficult.
She's most likely to find a match in the Ashkenazi Jewish community aged 16-30!

We all have very little time left to find a match! Let's act today!
